From client to hypnotherapist

‘’It seemed shockingly quick, yet I felt more stable than I had been in years. I didn’t know how it worked, but at the time, I was simply happy that it did. Now as a certified clinical hypnotherapist, I love how science-based yet soul-healing the process is.’’

Is your Psychology Positive?

This is a fitting video to start this resource page: It served as my introduction, in 2008, to the field of Positive Psychology. In it, Martin Seligman briefly shares his views on the state of psychology and the emergence of the field he has been a leading proponent of for several decades.

It should be interested in the best things in life. And it should be just as concerned with making the lives of normal people fulfilling, and with genius, with nurturing high talent’’

Martin Seligman, 2008

Seligman’s quote above is entirely consistent with the approach of Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy: the future is both changeable and negotiable.
