Hypnotherapy for smoking cessation is most effective when you have a compelling motivation to be a non-smoker, have a need to be a non-smoker now – perhaps the onset of a smoking related illness or a change in your life circumstances – and when you readily accept responsibility for both the outcome and the benefits you will experience.
When you’re ready, becoming a non-smoker takes a single session which we allow up to two hours for. The session is flexed to meet your needs and follows a pattern of four stages.
• I will take some details of your general wellbeing and your smoking habits.
• In the second part, I will explain how the brain works with respect to smoking – you will remember this part for a long time.
• The third part is where you get to sit back and drift off to a wonderfully relaxed state as we do the trance part of the session.
• For the final part, I will send you a trance recording to listen to which will help with your new life as a non-smoker.
