PERMA Pathways is a structured 10-session hypnotherapy

and wellbeing programme for reflective adults who are functioning, but not

really flourishing — and who are ready to build a sustainable platform for

wellbeing.

Grounded in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, positive

psychology, self-hypnosis, structured reflection, and practical between-session

work, PERMA Pathways helps you move beyond coping and begin building a life

with more steadiness, agency, meaning, and choice.

A guided structure for building your wellbeing platform

PERMA Pathways combines Solution Focused Hypnotherapy,

positive psychology, self-hypnosis, structured workbooks, hypnosis MP3s, and

practical between-session exercises.

The aim is not to give you a temporary lift.

The aim is to help you build a first working version of your

own wellbeing platform — something you can keep using, adapting, and

strengthening long after the programme ends.

Across the programme, we explore how you regulate, how you

think, what you value, how you connect, what gives you meaning, what you

practise, and how you move toward your chosen future.

Not generic hypnotherapy. Not endless talking. Not

self-help overload.

PERMA Pathways is structured, content-rich, practical, and

paced.

It is designed to help you:

  • Build agency through small, useful steps
  • Use trance and self-hypnosis as practical tools

The right support depends on the right fit.

PERMA Pathways is the main structured programme, but it is

not the right fit for everyone at every stage.

There are two main ways to work with me.

PERMA Pathways

For reflective adults who are functioning reasonably well,

but know they are not flourishing — and who are ready for structured wellbeing

development.

This is a 10-session programme, usually completed over 12–18

weeks, with workbooks, MP3s, self-hypnosis, practical exercises, and a clear

pathway for building your wellbeing platform.

Standard Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

For people who would benefit from gentler,

one-session-at-a-time support before, instead of, or prior to a structured

programme.

This may be more appropriate if life currently feels too

unstable, anxiety or low mood is significantly affecting daily functioning, or

a content-rich programme would feel like too much right now.
